Isle of the Dead

Isle of the Dead is a classic MS-DOS first-person shooter with survival horror elements. You play as Jack, the sole survivor of a plane crash who washes ashore on a mysterious, jungle-covered island. What initially seems like a remote paradise quickly turns into a nightmare as you discover the island is overrun with flesh-eating zombies and other grotesque creatures.
